How it works?

To make your trip to Vietnam easy and simple, the Vietnam Immigration Department has implemented a modern electronic system for processing your Vietnam travel visa upon arrival at international airports in the country. From now on, you can get your Vietnam visa fast and simple without having to send your passport to the Vietnam embassy. Please note that this system works at the airport only.

How to get a Visa on Arrival:

Please Scan the first page of your passport and send to us via email and note with your inquiry. Nowdays, It is more convenient when you have your mobile phones attached with camera such as iphone or Ipad. So you can take photo of the first page of your passport and send to us via email : vacanzapremierhotel@gmail.com OR booking@vacanzapremierhotel.com

- We obtain what is called an “Approval Letter” for you from the Viet Nam Immigration Department in Hanoi.

- We will forward you a copy of the “Pre-approval Letter” by fax or email.

Next, print out the pre-approved letter and attach two (2) passport-size photos (4x6cm) for boarding the airplane. Upon arrival at any international airport in Vietnam, show the pre-approved letter for checking at the "Landing Visa Counter" then pay for the stamped fee. Get your Vietnam visa stamped on your passport by Vietnamese immigration officers within 5-10 minutes.

Fee Structure:

Our cost below is excluded the stamp fee of about US$45 for single entry & about US$65 for multiple entries, be submitted directly to the Custom office at the airport.
